Yes, completely. Every feature is available to every user at no cost. There are no premium tiers, no feature gates, and no trial periods.
Will it stay free?
That's the plan. GatherDwell is a passion project, not a venture-backed startup chasing revenue. If costs ever become unsustainable, we'll be transparent about it.
How many properties can I manage?
There's no limit. Add as many properties, tenants, leases, and records as you need.
Is my data secure?
Yes. Every user's data is fully isolated — you can only see your own properties, tenants, and financial records. Authentication is encrypted, and your data is never sold. The privacy policy lists the few services that help run GatherDwell.
Can I get my data out?
Yes. Every report exports to CSV, and the API lets you read all of your properties, leases, payments, and expenses whenever you like.
